Can’t connect the new battery doorbell pro to WiFi 5.0ghz
I have purchased the new battery door pro. It will connect to 2.4ghz WiFi no problem. I want to connect to me 5.0ghz which is why i spent £XXXX getting this model that does 5ghz. I WILL NOT CONNECT TO 5ghz. rebooted my router. Turned off vpn. Sat 38cms next to the router. Spent 2hrs on the phone to technical 2nd tier who couldn’t resolve it. I’m in the uk. Have virgin media hub 3. I have never had any issues connecting anything to my WiFi. So I don’t accept that it’s my router or setting on it as if it was I would have had issues with other items. Ring sent a second unit and exactly the same issue. Anyone any help please
