Can’t connect ring camera doorbell to new wifi

I have a new bb hub and all my ring cameras and kit have changed to the new WiFi apart from my doorbell, it’s fully charged and hard wired but when I press the orange button even for 20s the light stays solid white and doesn’t spin. I’ve tried disconnecting from power and re trying but it still won’t go into start up mode? Any ideas

Hi @usercb. If your Ring Doorbell is connected to an existing doorbell circuit, disconnect it from the wires and then fully charge the battery using the provided charging cable. Then attempt to reset the Doorbell by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. Once the reset is complete, attempt to walk through a fresh setup in the Ring app with the steps under Set Up a Device.
