Can’t access to my ring doorbell

I hope my topic find you all well
I have one issue with my ring door bell
I had connected the ring camera with an email and a phone number which I no longer have
the problem is that I can’t log in to my account because I had activated 2 step verification
I have now changed my home address and would like to set up my device from the beginning with a new email and a new phone number
I have the QR code to proceed with the setup of my device, but I cannot delete it from my old profile because I have activated 2 step verification with a text message to my old phone number, which I do not have
to note that I have a ring protect plan and I pay it from my card every month without being able to use the ring camera if anyone can guide me to access my ring cam I would appreciate it
