I’m finding my video recordings are missing a lot of activity.
Hey @Joannebc. No one can disable your camera, as only the owner of the device can turn their camera on and off. If you do not have power or internet your device may not work. If you find that your device is missing motion events that you know are happening, you may need to adjust your motion settings. I recommend testing the camera out, by making movements of motion in front of it, to ensure it is picking you up. If you have a battery operated device, you will need to ensure you have your Motion Frequency set to Frequent to make sure that your camera is not having any down time between back to back events that may happen whilst testing and in the future.
