Can shared user reset Wi-fi?

I’m registered as the owner and am away from the ring location. However a shared user who also lives at the address is there. We have just changed internet providers and need to reconnect the device. What can we do?

Hi @Bode. A Shared User will not have access to change the wifi network that the Doorbell is connected to. Only the owner will have this option under the Device Health option in the Ring App. You can read more information about Shared Users in our Help Center Article here as well. :slight_smile:
