I deleted one of my floodlight cam wired pro cameras because it was not responding to my app concerning light timing. My goal was to re-boot the camera & hopefully solve the issue, but I forgot that I needed the bar/qr code in order to set up the floodlight camera on my ring app.
Does this info get stored in the ring.com servers? if so, can I please get some help with re-initializing my backyard camera device?
Hi @kat55. The QR Code with the 5-digit pin will come on a slip of paper with your packaging, and it is also on the back of the Camera on the Floodlight Cam Pro.
