One of the stuck up cams out of the pack of 3 isn’t working right. It’s screen is pink or solid black and it only sometimes works right what do I need to do to get a new can I just bought them this month from Costco
Hey @Redheadtasha. Please try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds. After this time, take a look at the Live View to see if the image is still pink.
