Can not connect to wifi

Have done everything suggested. Do not get white spinning lite to start set up. Frustrated.
All home devices are connected to WiFi.

I have the exact same problem. Mine is a Ring Video Doorbell. Pressing the Setup button does nothing.

I spoke to customer service and the problem was my new device needs to be charged. The instructions do not tell you that. Once plugged in everything works fine. Try plugging your Ring into a charger (which they also do not give you.) Mine then worked in a couple of minutes but the CSR recommended I charge it for 5-6 hrs.

Just got mine installed. Doorbell Pro connected to the internet. Once I tried to test the camera it went offline and now does not go into “set up mode”. Not responding to long press on the side button either. Health check say everything is good. What am I missing?
