Can’t updated video save times from 60 to 120 & can toggle HDR but won’t save video settings once you leave app page.
Hi @stewarthf. What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Have you tried this on a different phone or tablet? This Help Center article here has information of how to make these changes. You can also try logging on to Ring.com to make these changes. Let me know if this is helpful.
