So my flood light camera/ ring doorbell and ring chime all go offline at night but comes back online in the morning is there a fix for this?

Hi @hemilyfe76! If you have a Chime Pro and both Ring devices are connected through this as an extender, please ensure the Chime Pro is not too far from either Ring device. I recommend also ensuring that the Chime Pro is not behind furniture or appliances, and is a reasonable distance from the router.

If this concern persists, the next best step is to check each Ring device’s health in the Ring app to ensure there is not wifi interference shown in the RSSI. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength.

Checking your router’s user interface is also a good step, as it can help to confirm channel frequency, IP lease renewal, and other diagnostics. The 2.4 Ghz frequency is recommended for wifi connection over distance. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
