We set the cameras up yesterday and they were working great. After a few hours they went offline and will not reconnect. I have reset the router and stil nothing. The one camera requires a ladder to get to so will not be easy to reset. Why would this happen?
Hi @Rawsond! This will depend on how your cameras are powered and what model cameras you have. Often times, following a new setup, your Ring devices will perform an update and apply your newly configured settings. During this time, your Camera may not fully operate until this update is completed. Feel free to let us know how this goes, as well as confirm what type of Camera you have!
