I have 3 cameras that don’t seem to be working. It says online but when I checked my WiFi devices they don’t show up. I’m not sure if it was me needed to update my payment information as I just received my new card info this week

Hi @Csalazar! The best way to ensure your devices are online is by triggering a live view from the Ring app. If it is not activating a live view, try bringing a Camera inside near your router and testing connection there. Feel free to let us how this goes!
