I have one battery doorbell cam and two of the battery security cameras. One of the security cameras has been working perfectly fine, it picks up motion and let’s me access the live view. The other two sometimes detect motion but will not let me see the live feed. All batteries are completely charged and the wifi connection is great. I’ve checked the troubleshooting page and it says everything is running fine. Like I said I’ve checked batteries, connections, tried reinstalling the app, restarting my router, and reconnecting the cams. This started a week ago and I don’t know what else to try.
Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. I recommend also trying out the Rapid Ring app, designed for optimal access to live view. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on your mobile device. I hope this helps!
