I’ve owned my ring cameras for over a year. Today I noticed the cameras are not appearing on my app. When I try to set up the cameras it since they are already owned but they don’t appear on my devices. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Hey @manzoj97. You will need to make sure you are logged into the appropriate account and on the right location. You may have more than one location, which you can toggle in between these in the Main Menu above Dashboard, by selecting on the location name you see. If you do not have another location, please contact our support team here for any and all device ownership escalations!
