Has anyone had this problem of just one camera going offline

Yes! My backyard and side yard hardwired floodlight cameras both went offline for no apparent reason. Doorbell and garage devices working fine. It’s been 2 weeks and no support from ring. All steps followed no change in wifi and both are less than 3 yrs old.
Yes, we have two cameras and two chimes and have the same problem. One flood light continuously goes offline now (after we opted out of Sidewalk). We never had an issue prior to that date, nothing else has changed since then and has probably only been online for a cumulative of 1-2 total in the last few weeks. Extremely frustrated.
Hi neighbors! If the steps listed in the article that Chelsea shared don’t do the trick, I’d also recommend checking the RSSI to make sure your Ring Camera has a good connection to your wifi. Unfortunately the wifi connection is not the issue. We have TWO floodlights. They have always worked fine. Nothing has changed except the Sidewalk opt out. Now one works and one doesn’t. Obviously not a wifi issue.
