All my cameras suddenly went offline yesterday. We’ve tried to reconnect several times to the WiFi and it will not do it. My wifi is working just fine. We’ve brought the cameras near, retired to set them up again, nothing. It keeps saying to check our connection. There is nothing wrong with our connection. The cameras are charged. Not sure what else to do? Can we reach someone on the phone?
Just the ring pro’s – in multiple geographic locations. Red Wifi symbol.
Stick-up Cams are all ONLINE, no issues.
I have all outdoor stick up cams
Hi neighbors. Try rebooting your internet router, then resetting and reconnecting your cams. You can reboot your router by unplugging it for 3 minutes, then plugging it back in. It will take about 10 minutes for your wifi to restore. Once that is finished, you can perform a reset on your cameras by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. This should allow your cameras to reconnect.
