Hi @scottkm93. I’m not sure which model of Ring Camera you have, but a good first troubleshooting step to try is to reset the Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. If you have a battery-powered Camera, make sure the battery has been charged for at least 8 hours prior to doing the reset. If you’re still not able to get the Camera up and running after these steps, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
