This is odd to see. Try power cycling your Video Doorbell by removing the battery (only if quick release battery model) and putting it back in the Doorbell. As always, check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.

The next best step will be to reset your Video Doorbell by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this Help Center article.
