Initial setup and install outside went perfectly. Camera functioned great. Motion detection worked fine. Tried to access the camera with my iphone the next day and it would not reconnect. WiFi signal strength is strong. I relocated the camera inside and closer to the router - no luck. Everything else with WiFi is working fine - Ipads, etc. I no longer have that blue light that was flashing during the initial setup. I order a Wifi booster, but I don’t think that is the problem because it worked fine when I installed and started up. I have a solar panel also.
Hey @skyflire. Could you check over your ports and protocols on your home network to ensure that these have been opened to allow the Ring device to connect and stay connected?
