Camera can’t join ring network. Power to camera and blue light flashing but will not connect. It worked before but will not now.
Hi there, @Mikeybabb! As long as the Ring setup network is showing up in your mobile device wifi settings during setup, this is a great sign that the access point is broadcasting successfully. If possible, try completing this setup on another mobile device entirely. Please also ensure there is not a vpn enabled on any mobile device being used. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
