The ring application is not working properly. My camera went Off Line for no reason but I did not receive any notification about it. That means that my ring security system is not working on professional level and my house was not protected. Please make changes to RING APP ASAP.
Your alarm system does not include camera monitoring unless you are one of the folks signed up for the Virtual Security Guard which I believe has that feature. I don’t use it so I couldn’t say for sure.
Check this area ( Latest Products/Feature Request Board topics - Ring Community) for someone who may have already requested the feature you are wanting and vote on it. The more votes it gets the more likely Ring DEVs will see it and consider it for a future addition to the app.
In the meantime, you have to monitor you cameras yourself to see if/when they go off line. Typical reasons for that is poor WiFi.
