I’ve been using Ring for several months but have noticed on iOS devices that when I view a camera feed in full view (by rotating the device) and then back to partial view I’m not able to exit the camera by tapping on the X in top left hand corner. Sometimes I can keep tapping in the screen to get the menu but most times I have to close the app and reopen.
