Cam is disconnected (says app). Another cam is working properly on the same Chime network. Red (infrared) lights at front are on. Pressing button on top gives no response. Not after one firm touch, not after holding it for 20s, nor 60s.What to do?

Hi @Jonazklots. After holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds, have you tried to set it back up in the Ring App? Use the steps under Set Up a Device to try and walk the Camera through a new setup to see if it responds. Let me know what happens. :)

Well, the cam doesn’t respond in any way after holding the button for 20s. It seems hanging in a mode of just lighting up the infrared leds…
