Camera Stopped live view / working when I set up Ring Security system

I have had 2 ring camera with the plan to store video. Works great. However, today I set up a ring security system. I selected self monitor (did not want the added plan until I get used to it). My cameras stopped working! No live view. Reset settings and still nothing. Help.

Also, error message says no live view. Enable in settings. But… the settings I have live view on. Frustrating.

Hi @bcwatkins. The Ring Alarm Security system shouldn’t be impacting your Live View on your Cameras or Doorbells. Have you checked the Modes settings for your Cameras? If not, check these settings to ensure Motion Detection and Live View are enabled in all of the Modes that you want it enabled in.
