Camera stop recording for few minutes

My camera stop recording from 9:23 to 9:45 very strange because it was exactly the time that my Neigbor park his car. It is possible that he used a device to interfere my camera to record his parking his car?
The history show peach black from 9:23 to 9:45 then it was back recording again. The reason why I have is to check my car all times.
