New camera connects to my phone and the app/wifi no problem. But as soon as I complete the setup process (privacy/motion settings etc) i click done, and it takes me to the main page of the app and my camera just stays offline.
It connects to my wifi no problem and shows in the app under my devices. But has never actually come online. Am I missing something?
Hi @Wisco. It’s possible the setup didn’t complete fully when you were setting it up in the Ring App. Try resetting the Ring Camera by holding down the setup button for at least 20 seconds. After the reset is complete, run the Camera through the setup process one more time using the steps under Set Up a Device. Let me know if the setup process fully completes and the Camera shows as online after trying these steps.
