As long as the Event History Timeline filter was set for the current day and time, that is the video or snapshot you should see. Please also ensure that your Ring Protect plan subscription is active and up to date.

As this seemed to resolve itself overtime, it could likely be due to mobile device connection or WiFi signal interference. Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. Also, check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal.
