After I set up my ring security camera it states that the configuration has completed successfully. After a few minutes I receive another prompt to set up the camera again. I have multiple ring cameras that are working without issue. It appears to be an issue with a specific camera. How can I resolve this issue?
Hey @djaj. Could you try resetting this camera by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds and then attempting another setup?
