Camera resets halfway through setup

I have had a Ring spotlight camera for a few years with no major problems. We have had some internet problems over the past few days. When the internet is working I have tried to reconnect the camera to the network. The camera will continuously shut off and then come back up (video: I have put a multimeter on the connectors in the box where the camera is mounted and there is no loss of power to the camera when this happens.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!


Hi @user76178. What is the RSSI for the device? This information is found in the Device Health menu of the Ring app. Additionally, what type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Unfortunately, the link to google photos you shared is not working.
