I have a solar camera and it worked fine when I first set it up. It now only works with live view, when I click on history and look at the recordings it says they can’t be found. I’ve tried looking at them on both the app and on the website. I’ve reset the connection but still no luck. Any ideas on how this can be fixed?
How long have you had your camera? Sounds like your 30 day trial period is over and would have to purchase a Protect Plan for recording and viewing.
