Hi @Coe123. Make sure you have motion detection enabled, and motion alerts toggled on, then adjust your Motion Zones as needed. The Motion Zones set the areas of your camera’s view that you want to be notified about motion in. Also check the Modes settings to ensure you do not have motion detection disabled there. A Ring Protect plan or Ring Protect trial is required for access to video recording and Modes settings on Ring Cameras and Doorbells.
