Camera Pro light permanently on

My Camera Pro cameras have the security lights permanently on.

Even setting the lights to off on the app doesn’t work.

I’ve tried resetting the cameras but the lights on the cameras remain on.

I have more than one camera and wonder if there was a recent firmware upgrade which might be faulty on some cameras?

Hi @user28655. What is the RSSI for this cam? The RSSI can be found in the Device Health menu. If the RSSI is too weak, the cam can become unresponsive causing the lights to remain on. If these devices are hardwired, check the electrical circuit for any problems.
