Hello, today I faced an issue with camera, it’s showing in pink color partially. Any ways to fix it?
Hi @stebakus. I’d suggest first trying a reboot from the Ring app. You can find the reboot option on the bottom of the Device Health screen, and it should only take a few moments to complete. If that doesn’t clear the pink hue, attempt a full reset of your Camera by holding down the setup button on it for 20 seconds. After the reset is done, walk your Camera through a new setup in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
