Camera not working after charging

I have bought multiple rechargeable cameras, all are ok apart from one, after recharging them all one appears to be not working now, it says it’s connected, and will let me know if it senses motion, but won’t record or let me look at live feed. I have tried resetting it but it doesn’t work… iv only had them a month… any ideas?

Hi @user72141. Are you getting a specific error when trying to Live View? What is the RSSI for you cam, which is located in the Device Health menu? Is there a reason you shared the image of your Event History? Are you unable to view historical events in your Ring app?
