Camera not showing lights or resetting

Had a camera been meaning to try sort for the last year and just got around to it.

It’s all ways had issue connecting to WiFi i thought it was a wall issue or interference.

So we have just installed a mesh system.

Other camera and door bell all working ok

Trying to get this camera sorted but can’t even get it to reset no lights are showing up on on the sensor.

Have tried a hard reset nothing happening.

Any ideas to try get this resolved or working. Isn’t the battery have tried it in another unit.

Hopefully isn’t broken as only had about a week of use out of it but sadly due to leaving it so low it’s now out of warranty

Hi there, @Laurencekay! Great job ruling out a power concern by using a battery that works in another device. Please also check the battery compartment for any debris. As you mentioned already performing a hard reset, if this was done by holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then it certainly was done correctly and should’ve helped.
