I just added the protect plan i am no longer getting notification or anything i can only see live views what am i missing
Hi @user23697. Make sure notification permissions for the Ring app are enabled in your phone’s settings. We also have more notification troubleshooting tips in our Community post here. After checking those notification troubleshooting tips, verify your Motion Zones are set up the way you’d like them to be for your Ring Doorbell or Camera and try triggering a test event.
