Camera is unresponsive

I have 2 floodlight cameras and 1 doorbell camera.
One of my floodlight cameras has occasionally gone offline since day one, and now is completely dead. I know it has power because it I turn the power off and wait a minute then turn it back on the light will come on for a short time.
I’ve tried all the recommendations.
The camera doesn’t light the LEDs for programming or give the audible message.
I think I need to return it for a replacement.
