We just installed two ring spotlight cameras. One is fine. Other one has a pink tint. There is no film protectent on the screen.
Hey @Hudson21. Could you try removing the device with this concern from your app, resetting it by pressing and holding the setup button for 20 seconds, and then setting it up in the app again? Once set up again, pull up the Live View and let me know if the image is still pink!
