Camera hard wired telling power lost

Ring camera wired informs me it not receiving power yet it 100% charged. Also tells me it being powered by a solar panel. It isn’t its hard wired. Now telling me WiFi signal poor. It’s been in same place for camera and router for months with a strong signal. Have rebooted device no difference
