I have been trying to get my backyard floodlight to connect to my ring chime pro or internet but it won’t connect. I have deleted it and reinstalled but still nothing. Any suggestions.

The best next step is to ensure there is power to the Camera. As long as it is lighting up or indicating setup mode, there should be sufficient power. Next, try moving the router or Chime Pro closer to your Camera. Once these steps are complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this Help Center article.
