Camera does not start up after inserting the battery after charging

charged the battery at the 20% power level and after reinserting the battery until it clicks the next morning the camera, the camera does not start up and no light is coming on.
What shall I do? It is a Ring Stick Up Cam Battery (3rd Generation).

PS I have Ring login and everything but I cannot log in with that into the ZEndesk help application.

Hi @SirStep. If your Camera is unresponsive even with a fully charged battery, try doing a factory reset. To do a factory reset, you will press and hold the setup button for 20–25 seconds and then wait to see if the Camera starts blinking a blue light for a few seconds. If it does turn back on, you will need to reconnect it to your WiFi because the reset will cause it to disconnect.
