My live view for about 12 hours did not record a week ago. We had an event in our yard and it did not record it. Why would the camera not record for such a long period of time. Thanks for the help.
Hi @user29349. Your Ring Security Camera will only record when motion is detected, or when you manually activate the Live View. It will not record continuously. Try triggering a test event in front of the Camera to test the motion detection. If it doesn’t record, you may need to adjust the motion settings to find a combination that works better for your home.
