Camera blurring picture

This is often the result of wifi signal interference. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. If this concern is intermittent, there may have been something going on with the network during that time. Power cycling your router, by unplugging it and plugging it back in can sometimes help to clear up network concerns.

Depending on the Camera model, if it is dual band capable, I recommend using the 2.4 Ghz network rather than 5 Ghz, for most efficiency over distance. :slight_smile:
