Cam video is showing blurry, not clear anymore

I thought of all those things, cleaned lens with cloth I use for my canon camera. Just one day it blurred. Is there any other suggestions? Overtime does the lens deteriorate? I would think materials are made for outdoors and all seasons.

Unfortunately, the lens cover is not glass, but a material that severely degrades over time. Mine is the same way, which negates the purpose of the doorbell. If I cannot find a replacement part, then I will need to abandon this product and try to find a product with an actual glass lens that can be cleaned, the same as a window.
And before anyone suggest it to be the connection, my wifi averages 755 mbps up/down, so absolutely no problem with Internet.

Those were all great steps to cover, and this Camera should not be this blurry with a good connection. Another step worth trying is resetting the Camera by holding its setup button for 20 seconds. Once complete, [reconnect the Ring device](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) and test video quality.

I am having the exact same issue with my two outside cameras. Stong Wifi and everything is blurry like that. I have a third one, recording inside and it is perfect.
It is super disappointed as the cameras are useless now and I can't even return as they are with me for almost a year.
