I found that my camera is not honoring the motion zones defined in Motion Settings configuration. In my situation, I defined the zone to exclude the street, yet the camera alerts me whenever a car drives by. I had to stop using the smart alert setting because the camera missed people walking into my property.
Did you get any solution? Having the same issue and trying to find a solution.
Keep getting alerts for motion from my camera…this is my current motion zone. It is slim and my neighborhood has a lot of walkers on the sidewalk but even in this situation, you can see the walker who sets off my camera motion. I also have the sensitivity set to the lowest. Is there a way to have the camera adhere to the motion zones correctly?
