Cam not connecting to home wifi

I have been trying to set up my stick up cam for over a a month, but can’t get it to connect to my wifi.

I have called Ring and they told me to call my internet provider, they told me to call Netgear. Netgear helped me open up some ports thinking that was the problem, but it still isn’t working. I usually get told to move the cam closer to the router - which I have done multiple times and it still won’t work. I don’t have a large house and it would only be 10’ fron the router to the camera when set up anyhow.

When I brought the cam into work to verify that it wasn’t the cam issue, it connected right up to my work wifi.

What are any and all suggestions you can offer for me? I hate to have this and not being able to use it.

It is interesting that this was able to connect instantly to your work wifi while still not connecting to your home wifi.
