Cam doesn’t power on

troubleshooting
I haven’t used the cam in over 2 years it was safely stored with no batteries.
I have now plugged it using the power cable for a millisec a green light came on.
When then I decided to start the setup and moved it to another plug light went off and there is no way to get it to turn on.
As there are no batteries I don’t think it’s a matter of leaving it plugged for longer.
Any idea?

Hi @user74197. Which model of Ring camera is this? You can locate the device name on the back of the camera, or on the original packaging. It’s important to know which device we’re working with, as the installation and power requirements vary between models.
