Byron 776 chime / ring 2nd gen chime

Hi guys, looking for advice please. We have purchased the ring video doorbell 2nd gen and the opposer compatible Byron 776 hardwired chime.

It states on the app this is compatible but struggling to get the to talk to each other.

Can someone help us please.
