Why do I have to keep enabling the “History Timeline” feature? I’ve enabled it maybe a dozen times, but it just keeps getting un-enabled. Can y’all fix this bug?
Hey @bknieuwsma. Could you try removing the Ring app from your phone, rebooting your phone and then reinstalling the app to see if this helps you save the feature as on? In the event it still doesn’t save, could you capture a screen recording of the setting not saving for you? In addition, please let me know what type of phone you have the OS it’s running.
