Hellou, i have problem with doorbell and i dont know fix it. I broke my phone and i dont know my old email and password. I have new phone and new account ring apps, and i cant add doorbell to my new account? How can i fix it?
Hi @ZlatanRing! It sounds like you might need to go through the Change of Ownership process. If you are able to remember the email address used for your prior Ring account, or access that email address inbox, then you would have the much easier option to simply reset the password, or authorize the Change of Ownership process.
